Introduction
We own an ancestral flour mill (13th century) that has never stopped producing flour from local cereals.
Traditional flour, organic flours of wheat, rye, small spelt, dry pasta with durum wheat, buckwheat or small spelt.
We took over the mill in 2003 and have been fighting to keep it going ever since. We had to diversify by offering flour from different cereals (whereas our predecessors originally only ground wheat) as well as flours from organic farming. In 2014, our range was enriched with durum wheat dry pasta (traditional) and organic small spelt pasta. All our products are made on site, using traditional methods, to satisfy our customers' desire for healthy, local food.
