Transformed in 2021 by Frédérique and Willy Marion, this warm and elegant restaurant offers an original touch to its dishes, thanks to the Quebec experience of its managers. Chef Lionel Lamoureux also draws inspiration from his travels, which he shares in his dishes. Whether it's pulled pork with maple syrup, sautéed venison with blueberries, orange tiramisu or sugar pie, all dishes are homemade with local organic vegetables. Daily menu on weekdays and suggestions on weekends.
