Cruises on Lake Monteynard-Avignonet

La Mira offers a range of cruises aboard their boat: embark for 1h30 or 2h30 cruises, with the possibility of meals served onboard and concerts in the evenings….

For hikers and mountain bikers, boat crossings between the Treffort and Mayres-Savel piers allow you to explore the exceptional Himalayan footbridges.

From Grenoble, head towards Sisteron, then exit at Sinard. From the Trièves, you can reach the banks of the lake via Treffort. Here, an information centre is open from May to September, showing free films about the dam and the Drac valley.

The landing stage can be reached directly from the car park at the Treffort water sports centre, opposite the Le Mole building.

You can park in one of three car parks (from north to south):

Parking de la Salette
Parking des Vignes

A 60-space camper van park is located in part of the Salette car park.

Please note that access is subject to a charge during the summer months and at other times of the year. The Himalayan footbridge hike can be very busy, so make sure you arrive early.

Dogs are allowed on the La Mira transfer boat provided they are not wet.

You will be asked to pay a supplement to the price of the crossing.
